Refund policy

At Bruno's Bakery, our passion for pastry, baked good and our food is fueled by discipline, creativity & our love for creating the best in the industry. 

All items are final sale, due to the perishability. Bruno's is not responsible for packages returned by the carrier, or lost and stolen products. We take great care in packaging our products to arrive to you safely, but cannot ensure that handling through the carriers will be the same or that there wouldn't be any shifts or movement in transit. 

We are unable to offer refunds for orders that are damaged beyond our control, such as extreme temperatures within travel both outdoors & carrier facilities. 

If you are not 100% pleased with your baked item purchase, please send us an email at brunosnyc7@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your package.
